numbers of posts changing

hey did u guys ever notice tht one day u sign on ur posts are a certain number and then u post and wut not and sign off, but then whn u sign on again like nxt day, ur post # is like 20 more than it should be? this doesn't happen all the time but its happend to me like twice now, is tht normal? does tht happen to anyone else?😕
