At one of India's leading ad agencies, the battle for the top job between Rahul Verma (Arjun Rampal), an advertising CEO, and Maya Luthra (Chitrangada Singh), his ambitious protg takes a turn when Maya files a sexual harrassmnet complaint against Rahul. Now, Mrs. Kamdhar (Deepti Naval), the head of a committee set up by the agency, to hear both sides, go through the various lies and accusations made by both to find the truth.
