Karan Mehra aka Naitik of Star Plus' Yeh Rishta is a happy man; for after struggling in Mumbai for five years he's gotten himself a sweet reward!

Karan says, "Yes, I'm really excited about my new car Honda City ZMD, which arrives tomorrow. After doing my time travelling in buses, trains and autos during the past five years in Mumbai, I'm finally getting my own ride. What adds to my happiness is that on this occasion I even have my brother along with me."

Apparently like every decision of Karan, even this was made by him and Nisha together. Says Karan, "The car had been on my mind for a very long time. But when it came to picking up a color, Nisha and I chose together. We rounded in on a metallic grey shade."

So will he let Nisha to drive the car? "Why not?" comes the quick reply, "In fact Nisha is one of the smoothest drivers I know. I haven't seen any other female drive so nicely!

Congratulations to the actor on his new car!

thks a ton 4 ur wishes :) well i didn't want this 2 get public but d news channels saw my car n even wanted 2 create news with me n Nisha my fiancee in it :) but some things hv 2 b kept personal so didn't cover it...a few people thing i did this 4 publicity?? well my dear fellows d news gets out n i'm so not wanting 2 do any publicity stunts :) tc luv all

i second sweta47. the guy is despo for publicity. but i wonder why...his show is doing well...so what's the need? i thought only out of work folks were so despo.

ohhhhh god karan is so desprate or hungry 4 that publicity each n every event wether its celebrating karwa chauth with his real girlfriend to gardening in his house do on tv like raaki sawant
that each n every thing he buys or do personal life show it to the press ,,he even propsed to his girlfriend infront of media how cheeppppp,,,he doesnt heard abt the private moments kya????honymoon bhi press ke saath manayega kya?
