Bidaai and Yeh Rishta gets back its normal schedule..

Starting this week, Star Plus will be airing Bidaai and Yeh Rishta from Monday to Friday. This means they have revised their earlier plan of airing the shows on all seven days a week...

It's been few weeks since Rajan Shahi's shows on Star Plus, Sapna Babul Ka.. Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are being aired on all seven days a week. However, a little birdie informs us that this change has not brought about a great difference in the ratings of the shows, and hence the channel has now decided to shift the shows to its original schedule.

According to our source, "Starting from this week, Bidaai and Yeh Rishta will be aired at 9 PM and 9.30 PM respectively from Monday to Friday. It is a difficult proposition to air a daily soap on all seven days, as this means the actors and the entire crew is subjected all the more stressful work. All this was taken into consideration in revising the schedule. This means starting this weekend, the two shows will not be aired on Saturday and Sunday".

We tried calling Rajan Shahi for a confirmation, but he remained unavailable.

However, our source notified that this change will come into effect from this week

It is a good movie and Bobby Deol and Priyanka Chopra's chemistry is amazing and i really enjoy this movie.

duh..it deserves t..these shows SUCK MAJORLY!!! i mean wt r they trying 2 do drag back the Indian woman back 2 the dark ages?ts an insult 2 the modern indian society:((
i never can stomach either f the 2 shows..n well as SP seems 2 be only airing these 2 shows round the clock, whenever i see t i change the channel 2 watch smthn more sensible..n SPECIALLY SMTHING DAT DOESNT DEGRADE WOMEN!

@bengali.rani97, I agree with time table given by you. As per my view SP is trying to launch more new shows to pull audience. But in reality rather than pulling up they have started loosing it. Coz I dont feel none of their shows newly launched in prime-time or pre-prime-time slot giving them expected result. And thats why they are continuing re-shuffling. But rather than that if they give equal treatment to all serials that would be fair enough!!!!!!!!!

im a bigger fan of YRKKH then KDMHMD but i gotta say SP is being totally unfair... im not gonna say its these two shows fault but its defenitly SP's fault! i swear this channel has gone totally mad!!!!!!
i would rather watch KDMHMD then YRKKH these days.... did u guys notice ever since SP moved KDMHMD nd RKAB its having some major reshufuling of seriels????

i think Sp is puting a lot of pressure on RS which is y he's not giving some gud episodes these day...

**** these shows sucks....star is soooooooooooooo unfair to other serials by airing only dez two serial the whole week!!!
these show r stretching soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!this is too much....this is sooooooooooo unfair to other gone-oof-air serials like kasturi,kayamath,chehra,sangam etc....dey gave all dez serials wierd timings like morning 8 and midnight 12 etc.....DIE SP DIE!!!

SP is doing everything to earn their GRP back. thats why launched this two shows on sat-sun too. But seems that their every plan to fight against other channel is failing. Thats why they are trying to launch new shows as well. Its my sincere advice to SP that rather than doing all this new tactics, concentrate on quality of existing shows.

Well I guess they learnt their lesson. They were stretching out the stories so much that there was no substance left in them at all. I have stopped watching both the soaps anyway- only take a look if I come across them while surfing.
Especially yeh rishta is going really down - in quality. The things they were showing are really demeaning to women, that women belong only in the house- marriage is the be-all and the end-all of life for a woman, all a woman can do is look after the house and cook, ediucation is not necessary for women.... not good at all. I am surprised womens rights organisations have not caught up with this and protested against the show. Teh government also maybe needs to intervene and ask them to stop sending the message about education not needed for women. Its disgusting what they are doing on national TV. Also they forget that these shows air all over the world, and the ex-pat population really does not appreciate these kind of stupid ideas. I wuld know this, since I live in the US and we do communicate among the Indian diaspora here and discuss Indian TV shows among other things. We pay an arm and a leg to subscribe to these Indian channels and we really dont appreciate these kind of shows..what a waste of money and time.

am happy …atleast now the actors would get some time off for personal lives ….. Mon-fri the show comes and they find no time forthemselves all 7 days would mean they would hardly get time for themselves
