I think Mallaika looks ravishing. I do not think we should be passing judgments about anyone. Who decides whats right and whats wrong? what Mallaika is wearing is nice. if you like dressing in a conservative manner its your choice, you have that right and so does every other person. Should there be a culture, we do not understand, we have no right to criticize it.
