Hats Off Productions' untitled show makes a shift from Star Desh to Star Plus...

Tellybuzz had earlier reported about Hats Off Productions coming up with a bi-lingual show for Star Desh (Star One after revamp). We have also reported that Vishal Gandhi and Mehul Kajaria will be seen in prominent roles in the show. But the latest we hear is that the show has been shifted from Star Desh to Star Plus.
Reasoning the shift, a source says, "Though it was earlier made for Star Desh, the channel liked the concept and the show so much that they changed their mind to shift the show to Star Plus."
Describing the story line, the source adds, "The show with a Gujarati backdrop will depict the story of two daughters in law and their relationship with their mother in law. Though it sounds the typical Saas Bahu saga, the show promises to tickle the audience's funny bones with its breath-taking comedy. It will be a sitcom like Khichdi and Baa Bahu Aur Baby with a large cast. The flavour of the Gujarati Backdrop would be a cherry on the top."
If sources are to be believed, this show might get launched even before Saawan Beeta Jaaye, yet another show of Hats Off Productions which is set to launch on Star Plus.
We contacted Producer Aatish Kapadia and he says, "It's too early to comment on the shows, but both the shows are coming on Star Plus. We have submitted the shows for research and will be getting the dates for the launch accordingly."
Well, seems like Star Plus slots are going to be filled with a package of new shows...

What is the difference between this and all those going on in Star Plus.Same old MIL,DIL khoon kharabi. Looks like bye bye to GHSP,PKYEK,MJHT,DMG type of shows forever.Disgusting new channel.Shame on you Star Desh.

really dont care whether da shw launches on stardesh or starplus..i used to watch star1 but nw dont..revamp karne ke liye rbo ko end karwaya diya..phir yih bhi...really thnk it gonna be flop stardesh...got really hurt whn rbo ended...nw dont care anything abt stardesh... :(

I really dont care wether its star one or star desh...all i want is plz do not air off Geet / PKYEK... they are the onnly 2 shows i am left watching on STar one / Desh... pehli say Yeh Ishq Haaye or RBO bund kar diya...abh or kuch nahi yaar...plzzz... viewers ke rahi nahi loge tho waise bhi show age nahi chalne wala...

star one ke saath aisa hi hona chahiye tha. naye show start krne ke chakker mein apne purane shows ka end kar raha hai. pehle rbo ka end kiya tha, ab yih ka end kar raha hai. star desh flop channel prove hoga.

Thank God! This shows has shifted to star plus.:) Star One is completing different to Star plus actually not only star pus other channels as well.. I think in star one they should start like reality show or some comedy show :). Its a request DON'T END GEET PLEASE! WE ALL/GURTMEET BHAIYA&DRASHTI DIDI FANS LIKES THIS SHOW MORE THAN OUR LIFE right guys??

Pleaseee its a sincere request, dont end Geet, my day starts off with Geet and ends with Geet, i cant think about its ending, please dotn end Geet, GHSP simply ROCKS and Gurti is and will continue to be THE BEST :)

The reason for the closure of star one is star plus as they r really greedy and snatch all the gud shows 4m star one's kitty and place it on star plus. From nach baliye to pratigya (pratigya was initially concieved 4 star one) they hav always done step motherly treatment for their sister channel and they expect good numbers... And now the revamped version of star one has not yet launched and they have again started stealing shows. If the star network is only concerned about the performance of their flagship channel, then they better not hav a sister channel

thank god this show has shifted to star plus bcoz now i am sure this show is gonna rock bcoz its not coming on super flop star one. n i really like vishal gandhi n looking forward to see him n just want him out of pkyek. he is superb as an actor n he is doing nothing in that crap show. best of luck vishal
