Aruna Irani in Shashi Sumit's next venture on Star Desh!

Actor-Producer Aroona Irani is on a roll these days. She is back on the small screen not only as an actress but also by being the creative brain behind various innovative ventures on all the leading channels.

If sources are to believed then this talented actress has not only bagged a prominent role in Srishti Arya's Dekha Ek Khwaab on Sony TV, but is also all set to join the cast of Shashi- Summit Mittal's next titled 'Main Lakshmi Tere Angan Ki' which is tipped to air on Star Desh.

A source informs, "Aroona Irani will play the lovable dadi to the male lead (essayed by Sudeep Sahir). She is very close to his grandson and takes life as it comes in a practical way."

We tried contacting Aruna Irani but she was unavailable for comments.

Apart from these two ventures, we also hear that Aroona Irani's production house is in process to bring Naaginn..Wadon ki Agnipariksha season 2 back with various amendments on Zee TV.
