"Sphere Origins after trying their hands on various regional channels like Mahua are now planning to come up with a fiction show for a Marathi channel. The planning is still on the initial level but the show is no doubt going to be a social show which will pass on some social message to the audience," says a source from the industry.

Producer Sanjoy Wadhwa rues, "We are coming up with a fiction show on Marathi television as I feel Marathi language is the easiest to reach to the audience and the actors we found in Marathi theatres are just fabulous so we are trying our best to come up with a fiction show for one of the channels."

Poor Marathis - what did they do to deserve the likes of Balika Vadhu or Jyoti

Actually, if they are doing this, they could try attracting Sneha Wagh, Yasushri Masurkar, Sonali Nikam, etc to their shor.
