Amit Dhawan to feature in Amrit Manthan!

After Dimple Jhangiani's entry, Amit Dhawan, last seen in Star Plus' Maryaada Lekin Kab Tak?, will now feature in Rajan Shahi's Amrit Manthan on Life OK. A source says, "Amit Dhawan, last seen in Maryada as Rishab, would now essay Amrit (Adaaa Khan) and Nimrit's (Dimple Jhangiani) father in the show. He belongs to a royal family and has an elegant lifestyle."
The role was initially offered to Anil Dhawan, but due to his prior commitments he couldn't take up the venture.
We contacted Amit Dhawan who confirmed the buzz.
What's in store for the audience is something we'll have to wait and watch!

He played a negative role in Maryada so well. I am sure he will also do well as an elegant aristocrat in his new role. Well he already has the looks for it.
