Anu Kapoor's Antakshri was an iconic show on television and the latest buzz is that Star Plus is bringing this fun-filled show back. Titled 'Funtakshari', the show we hear has already been slotted as a daily on this leading GRP channel for a 6:30 PM slot.

While stepping into Anu Kapoor's shoes can be a very challenging task, we hear that well-known actor and comedian Ali Asgar has been approached to anchor the show. Ali seems to be a perfect choice as he is known for his comic timing, liveliness as well as spontaneity!

When Tellybuzz contacted Ali, he confirmed that he has been approached for the show but said that things still haven't been finalized. While Ali surely seems to be a good name, we wonder who the female co-anchor will be for this musical reality show.

I simply used to love "Chalti ka naam antakshari" on star plus.. wish such shows come back coz i really do miss dem..:( Best of Luck to Ali.. Hope funtakshari show will be a good 1..!!!
