Roop Durgapal to play Shiv's sister in Balika Vadhu
This 'modern' sister to object Shiv's decision to marry Anandi

Colors' Balika Vadhu has recently introduced Shiv's (Siddharth Shukla ) family in the show. The audience will soon also be introduced to his sister, who will play a pivotal role in the show. Roop Durgapal who is seen in many Ads as well as Sahara One's Haunted Night will be seen playing the character of Shiv's sister. She will be an independent , pampered and a fashion conscious girl and who is very close to Shiv.
We have also heard that as the entire family has accepted Anandi except the sister who raises an objection for Shiv's decision.

She looks much older than Sid and although I have always believed in the casting prowess of BV creatives, I believe this time it is a total miscast.

Interesting.. it will very interesting to see how Aandi win her over!! Looking forward to the coming weeks episodes..Just hoping CV's wont drag Anadi's crying over Jagya anymore .. and concentrates more on Shiv and Anandi's love story plss...

@poiu123, I agree with u whole heartedly. The focus should be on Dadisa's family. It is the only base in BV. I agree with ur statement that there cannot be any BV without Dadisa, Bhairon, Vasant, Sumitra, Gehna, Sugna, Shyam, Jagya, Anandi. These characters r the very bases of BV. Newayzzz, waiting for Shiv-Anandi marriage & Jagya-Gauri split & jagya-gauri utter humiliation. I have faith on BV. Watching it since it's very beginning. BV always rockZZZ !!

Too many characters introduced in Shiv's family . Focus shud remain on Anandi, Shiv , Jagya , Gauri and Singhs. We have have been watching BV for years now. We want them to remain in focus. There cannot be any BV without Dadisa, Bhairon, Basant, Gehna, Sumitra. !!
