Karan Kundra to host 'Gumrah 3' which shows ways to prevent tragedy!
After trying to sensitise the society with its first two seasons, "Gumrah: End of Innocence" returns with the third season and this time the motto is to tell people how to prevent crime.

"The theme of the season is - 'be aware, be prepared, be safe'," Prem Kamath, general manager and executive vice president, Channel V, told reporters at the launch of the show Thursday.
The show, set to go on air July 7, will tell people how to prevent crime by acting right.
"As an additional step to the first two seasons, the third season will also show how a tragedy can be prevented. For instance, if a friend or parents would have behaved in a certain way or have done something, the tragedy would not have happened," explained Kamath.
What is the yardstick to choose the cases?
"We pick cases that can be related to a wide section of society. We basically want to educate society at large. At every stage we are reinforcing how a crime happens and how it can be avoided," said Kamath.
The channel has also launched an application that sends an alert in case of danger and actress Chitrangada Singh will endorse the app called "VithU". As of now, it is only available on android phones.
"It feels great to be the face of the app. It's a fantastic idea because it is something that people really need," said the actress of films like "Desi Boyz" and "Inkaar".
With the app an individual can send a message to five people enlisted on it and the recipients will also get the geographical location of the sender.
The 37-year-old actress, who will be seen narrating the first episode, said "Gumrah" gives an insight into people's mind.
"The show is actually spreading a good message as it makes you think that it's not always strangers who hurt you, people who are not complete strangers can also do it," she said.
TV actor Karan Kundra, who hosted the first two seasons, will host part three and Kamath said "there cannot be a 'Gumrah' without him".
Karan confesses that people's perception towards him has changed ever since he started hosting the show.
"People now look at me with more respect. It has been an important journey for me as an actor," he said and added that "we are solving a huge problem through the show".
The show has helped in improving communication between two generations, said Karan.
The weekend show will be aired every sunday at 7 p.m.
