"Comedy Circus is a fabulous start to my career"

The very well-known comedian Johnny Lever has entertained the audience with his spectacular comedy performance in movies, seems his daughter Jamie J is exactly walking on the footsteps of her father. Jamie J who made her debut as a comedian with the popular show Comedy Circus on Sony TV, has continuously been getting appreciation for her performance on the show.

Jamie J is being seen as a contestant on the new season of Comedy Circus named as Comedy Circus Ke Mahabali. We hear that in the upcoming episode of the show Comedy Circus Ke Mahabali, Jamie J got a standing ovation by the judges for her comedy act along with Suresh Menon and Mubeen. Jamie played 3 different characters and did complete justice to all three characters that she portrayed. The judges were enthralled by her performance and her comedy timing.

On the same we got in touch with Jamie J to know more about her love for comedy, being a part of Comedy Circus, sharing the platform with a very well-known comedian Suresh Menon, what made her to become a comedian and much more.

An elated Jamie said, "Proud to say so that I have made my debut as a comedian on the platform of Comedy Circus which is one of the best shows and I find this as a fabulous start to my career by this show."

Happy with the feedback for her performance in the show she said, "I am very much pleased with the feedback of the audience and the judges towards my performance. People had a lot of expectation from me as I am an comedian's daughter and happy to say so that I have lived up to their expectation and will continue to do so further too."

She says it is an honor to perform with the very well known comedian Suresh Menon, "I am performing with two extremely talented comedians namely Suresh Menon and Mubeen. Suresh Sir has lots of experience in this field and is very popular as a comedian. It is an honor to work with him. I had always heard a lot of good things about him as a comedian as he has already worked with my dad before, and when I knew that I am getting to perform with him, I was very happy."

"Mubeen has become a friend of mine now. Very supportive and makes me feel comfortable in every performance. It is absolutely fun performing with both of them."

Here is how she became a comedian, "Before pursuing my career as a comedian I was working in a marketing agency. I have completed my studies in marketing. Even at that time, I was doing plays side by side, but it took me a lot of time to choose my career as a comedian."

"It was in 2012 when I made my final decision that I want to become a comedian. I told my dad that I want to get into this field and he saw the passion in me and he gave me a - go ahead. This is how I landed up being a comedian" she concluded with a smile.
