"I have quit Bade Acche Laggte Hai" - Fenil Umrigar

Fenil Umrigar who plays the role of a grown up Pihu, post leap in the popular show Bade Acche Lagte Hai, has quit the show.

The gorgeous actress Fenil Umrigar who plays the role of Pihu in Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms ongoing daily soap Bade Acche Lagte Hai on Sony TV, has quit the show.

Our source informed us about the news saying, "Fenil has quit the show Bade Acche Lagte Hai."

On the same we got in touch with Fenil to know the entire story and she said, "Yea, I have quit the show. When I was narrated about my character, I was told that my character would be arrogant. Now my character has extremely gone negative."

Further she elaborated saying, "I did not want to do negative character and hence I quit the show. Furthermore I am planning to take up only positive roles in the show just like what I played in the show V Best Friends Forever?, where the audience liked my work and appreciated too."

"After playing the character of Pihu in Bade Acche Lagte Hai people are literally bashing me on the social networking site, which was very upsetting for me" she concluded.

So well who will replace Fenil Umrigar in the show? We wonder! To know more keep reading this space.

For me, you are perfect as pihu.. Nobody can replace you.. After ur exit, nw m just watching this show for only suhani (ekta kaul), Juhi and Khush's character.. Love them..

Firstly people made her take this decision with their continuous cribbing! And now she has left the show and even then people wont leave her alone by saying where is her professionalism?!
Heights of double standard - Stuck up fans.
Seriously?!
And all those socalled fans of the show who talk abt the television industry like they are a part of it, how about u guys keep your mouth shut?! And not to forget all those lovely people who cant act to save their lives, stop talking about acting as though you're godamned perfect at it!

i also did not like the character pihu as it is shown now. but fenil as an actor was fine to me. in fact if she was indeed able to get such a reaction among audience then that means she did essay her role fine...but yes quitting just because audience do not like her is just childish...she is an actress first...Please change the story line...else we will dislike any pihu u bring in...

LEAVE! you're not even a good actress and honestly speaking, i dont even like peehu now. amrita was such a charming sweetheart, and seriously i am happy to see you leave. at least we get a better person as peehu, but hoping the character changes. did not expect this! please go ahead and leave!

One advice to u Fenil.. Grow up. 100s of girls just like are dying to act in serial just to earn a living- and guess what, they are accepting any role given to them. U are just plain spoilt just like ur Character Pihu... having a chance to act alongside Ram and Sakshi is a a once in a lifetime opportunity...
It makes me feel that u have accepted this role for this 2 weeks to gain this fame ... Sorry to say
