Changes in the schedule of prime time show of Sony TV creates a chaos amongst the audiences!

Keeping in mind the chaos and disturbance caused amid the audiences of Sony Entertainment Television much loved daily soap Ek Nayi Pehchaan for their shift and change in the days the show is airing, we at TellyBuzz thought of clearing this confusion and bring in the Sony Channel and Ek Nayi Pehchan' actors perspective and point of view over this much talked scenario. Through Twitter, many of the SaRan fans (Sakshi and Karan as their audiences call them) have expressed their discomfort due to this change.

It was noticed that on 9^th April 2014, Wednesday, a special episode of Encounter was aired at the time of Ek Nayi Pehchan. Also, it is seen that today i.e. 12^th April 2014, the show has been dropped due to some special airing.

Geetanjali Lahiri, Sony, tells us, "Such a change is done once in a while. Audiences are aware of it and they are very well informed about the change. If there is a one hour special episode to be aired, we promote it well in advance so that the audiences know about it."

As because of the change in the prime time schedule the audiences were quite disturbed as they could not watch their show, so when quizzed about the same to Geetanjali she says, "It happens just once in a while like I said earlier. And it is made sure that the audiences are made aware of it."

Lastly we also asked her if are there any chances to air the show Ek Nayi Pehchaan five days a week? "Well, I cannot say anything as of now. Let's see what happens in the future," concludes Geetanjali.

We also spoke to the main protagonists of the show Ek Nayi Pehchaan and this is what they had to say-

Krystle Dsouza aka Sakshi of Sony TV's Ek Nayi Pehchaan

"I do not think it is a drawback to the show in any way. In fact it gives us more time for shooting and improves the quality also. Also, it is less stress not only on the actors but also for the technicians and the entire unit. I am quite happy with such changes. We've to work less (smiles)."

What about the chaos created amidst the audiences? "I understand that people love watching and wait for their favourite shows. But channel makes such changes only for the good. They wanted to promote a special episode of Encounter on Wednesday, that's why the channel makes such changes. It is made sure that audiences receive something special when the timing of their shows are given to some other show."

"Channel made this change only to promote the upcoming show. People definitely get a little disappointed because they are expecting ENP and it doesn't appear. I would just like to tell all the viewers that don't get disappointed because I do not think such changes will happen in future."
