Ashfaq to cover Meethi's face with vermilion to protect her from the cops in Uttaran!

Film Farm Productions' popular show Uttaran on Colors is coming up with various twists and turns to attract the viewers' attention. As Meethi has landed up in Pakistan and it seems the story has taken a big turn in her life as she is facing hurdles which are coming her way and restricting her to go back to India.

With the following track, the audience will get to see one more situation where Meethi succeeds to hide herself from the Pakistani cops who would arrest her easily as she being a refugee has been staying in Pakistan illegally.

According to the sources, "Meethi(Tina Dutta) and Zubaida (Samiksha Bhatnagar) go to the factory at the lunch time to give tiffin to Ashfaq, where she sees sindoor's (vermilion) plate. As soon as she is about to apply on her forehead at that time Ashfaq comes and snatches the plate from her hand. He then covers her face with the vermilion."

Adding further our source says, "Meethi gets angry with this behavior of Ashfaq but later on she comes to know that because of the Pakistani cops had arrived in the factory, to protect her identity he throws vermilion on her face. Meethi would have been put behind bars if at all the cops would have spotted vermilion on Meethi's forehead believing that she is a Hindu."

"Ashfaq apologizes to Meethi and at the same time makes fun of her belief on sindoor and laughs off which makes Meethi more angry and she explains him the value of the rituals she follows," concludes the source.
