Kyunki bids adieu on Star Plus..

Shooting of Ekta's Kyunki winds up today, but the question mark on whether the serial will now be seen on 9X still lingers on...

Ekta’s flagship serial on Star Plus, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has woken up to see its final dawn today, on 2nd November, Sunday as the day will mark the last day of shoot for the ‘cult’ show!!

Giving us info is our source, “Today will be the last day of shoot for Kyunki”.

“4th November, i.e. the episode on Tuesday will witness the death of the grand old lady of the Virani family, Baa. On Thursday, the show will be seen taking yet another leap. Also, the final episode might see a new girl entering the family”, says our khabroo.

On the manner in which Baa’s death has been shot, yet another inside source says “The scene has been shot in a very simple manner, with no drama attached. After all, Baa was such a simple character”.

We spoke to the veteran herself, Sudha Shivpuri aka Baa who has been a guiding force for the Virani family for the past nine years. Over her death scene, Baa says, “You need to watch the way it happens. I cannot say anything now”.

However, amidst the news of Kyunki going off air, there has also been a buzz that STAR’s brand show might shift to 9X. So is this change on cards? Will the final episode on Star Plus this Thursday, pave the way for a new beginning?

“Well, as said before, Thursday’s episode will see a leap happening. The episode will end as though there is always a tomorrow”, explains our source.

It is also heard that the longest running show on television will wind up with a very apt phrase, “Kyunki ka kabhi ant nahi hai na hoga”.

As we bid good-bye to Ekta’s cult show on Star Plus, we need to wait and watch whether Kyunki will get a new flavor on 9X or not!!

i never liked kyunki...............a boring drama!!! nwadays most of da serials r inspired 4m kyunki. 8 yrs!!! i 2 think kyunki will be shifted to 9X coz it was an incomplete ending & a new girl in da last episode.....baat kucch hazam nahi huyi. i really want kyunki to end. yar agar serial ki demand nahi hai & low TRPs, to serial on-air kyun hai???!!!

Although me not much a fan of ths show and neva watch it but I feel it shuldn''t hav ended cuz I feel ke its gud 2 hav change but one shuld not completely cut off their roots. Star Plus became wot it iz bcuz of kyunki. Fine it ended KZK and KGGK but atleast one show shuld''ve remained. Kyunki main apnapan lagta tha!!!!

i hope all the pple associated with kyunki find jobs elsewhere, and i''m not just talking abt the actors, but the techs, the spot boys, etc...coz those who have made the money from it are sorted but when someone''s daily livelihood depended on the show, its gonna be truly sad..
