Kunal Kapoor in a grey shade

He is all set to shed his chocolate boy image and essay a grey shade in Sony's Meet Mila De Rabba...

The cute boy next door of Left Right Left, Kunal Kapoor is all set to essay a different role on television. He is soon going to enter in Sony's Meet Mila De Rabba where he will be portraying the role of a villain.

A source close to Kunal says, "He is going to portray a role which is partially negative. Nothing much has been contemplated as the shooting is yet to start."

Kunal waited for 10 months to get what he expected. "He did not want to play the same guy next door and thus when this offer came, he just grabbed it with both hands. He likes to play the roles that are close to reality," adds the source.

"Every one as human has all three shades, but on TV normally it's portrayed either positive or negative. Here Kunal is balancing between the two and is very excited to start shoot," quips the source.

The shooting has been put to halt due to the on-going strike of Broadcasters.

We called up Kunal to know more details, but he refused to comment.
