COLORS show, Mere Ghar Aayi Ek Nanhi Pari has not been doing well.

According to a source, "There is a speculation that the show might go off air. But nothing has been fixed as of yet." An actor who did not want to be named also said, "We too have been hearing such news for some time now, but we have not been told anything officially, neither has any date been set. The show is currently rating around 1 which is not good enough for a channel like COLORS and that too at 9.30 pm time slot".

For the uninitiated, Mere Ghar Aayi Ek Nanhi Pari was originally supposed to be aired on 9X as Ramlal, but as that channel ran into financial difficulties, DJ Creative Unit moved the show to COLORS. "But certain changes were made to the concept, which might not have worked. And when the original story is tweaked, the show can run aground", feels the source. However as the producer has recently invested in a new set, hence we can surmise that the show might run for some time at least", ends the source.

We tried to contact Producer Tony Singh and the channel too, but both remained unavailable for comment.

I had watched few episodes of this show and i didn't like it at all.It was like an 'old wine in a new bottle'.The story was not new.
I wish mugdha gets another good show.

@ sami01 and Dawn Idol - I can totally understand how bad you must have felt when they closed down your favourite show because the same happened to me too with DV :( And believe me, all fans of Mugdha and Karan want the serial to close down because the creatives have totally ruined it with the latest turn in the serial :( So we'll be happy if it ends coz this means our favourites can leave this stupid show and come in some better show on a better channel.

honestly this is just like yet another 'rona-dhona' serial with tht saas bahu masala. i like mugdha but not as chandni. she should do something better.

i hope creative team could do something much attractive.i like the serial but do no prefer the Param charactrer who got married to chandi.most of the viewers prefer chandi and rajveer scenes.
