Malini Kapoor spoofs Rakhi in Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai..

After spoofing soap queen Ekta Kapoor in Gunwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge,  Malini Kapoor will now don the  avatar of item girl Rakhi Sawant getting hooked in a coming episode of SAB TV's Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai.

This weekly court room comedy starring Juhi Pamar, Asif Sheikh and Tiku Talsania airs every Wednesday at 10 PM. Malini's episode might air after two weeks. Originally, it was scheduled to be aired in the sixth week, but was pushed ahead by the channel.

Malini states, "I essay the character of Jhaki Samant who organizes a swayamwar for herself wherein one of the losing contestant files a case against her as she does not choose him".

Talking about her look, Malini says that she has worn colorful jhintak sarees as Rakhi wore in the recently concluded NDTV Imagine reality show. "I have even got 2 tattoo's, one on my arm and one on my stomach. I draped the eternal Indian outfit in such a way that my stomach with the tattoo is seen.  I used lots of make up as well", adds the actress.

On her mannerisms Malini quips, "I deliberately tried to underplay as Rakhi did in the above show.  But at the same time I did fight in the court room scenes and came up with the usual naatak as well".

When asked as to who next would she want to spoof, Malini turns the question on to us and says why don't you suggest some one else.  "I think currently Rakhi is the hottest property around."

Besides this cameo episode, Malini is looking forward to her next Zee historical, Jhansi Ki Rani. "I have not yet started shoot for the show", she ends.
