Priyamvada Kant replaces Akangsha in Srishti Arya's show..

Priyamvada Kant who was last seen in Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hain has now bagged the very performance oriented role opposite Romit Raj in Srishti Arya's upcoming show of COLORS in the afternoon band, Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai.

We had earlier reported that Akangsha Kapil was finalized to play the role.

According tour source, "The role is very interesting and important to the whole story line. Though Akangsha had started shooting, the creative team felt that she did not fit the character perfectly. She is being replaced by Priyamvada Kant now".

Priyamvada is expected to start shoot on April 1st. She will play the girl friend of Romit Raj in the show; her character will have a negative shade to it.

We tried calling Priyamvada Kant, but she refused to comment.

Our efforts to get Producer Srishti Arya were in vain.

Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai will be the third show in the Saanjhi Dopahar band of COLORS, and is expected to launch post IPL. The show is expected to take the 2.30 PM slot.
