Anand Suryavanshi returns with Bhagyavidhaata..

COLORS' Bhagyavidhaata, produced by Shreya Creations has recently seen the tragic death of Raja Bhaiya (Prakash Jais), which has left the audience in shock!! At this juncture there will enter a super cop, who will try to nab the real culprit.

Anand Suryavanshi who played the lead roles earlier in Zee TV's Mamta and Star Plus' Grihasti will be staging a comeback to television with the COLORS show. His role will be similar to Ajay Devgan's in Gangajal and Aamir Khan's in Sarfarosh.

Our khabroo informed us, "Anand has been finalized for the role of the police officer who will be in charge of Raja's case. He plays the character of Arjun, a very straight no-nonsense guy who is capable of catching the bull by its horns. Bindiya (Richa Soni) is the only witness to the death, and she very well knows that Akhilesh, brother of her hubby Vinay (Vishal Karwal) was the one who killed her brother. Bindiya is now torn between her husband (who wants her to hide this fact) and her own family (who want to find the real killer).

As we all know, Akhilesh was under the belief that it was Raja who wanted to kill his father Siddheshwar Sharma (Bharat Kapoor), and in this confusion ended up killing Raja. However, the fact is that the man behind all this is Nageshwar Chacha who wants a good share of his brother's property.

A little birdie further added, "Punpunwali (Smita Singh) is trying her best to save her husband Akhilesh from this murder fiasco. She starts to threaten the police to close the case as there has not been any witness to the crime, and in this case no FIR can be filed. This is where Bindiya might take the ultimate decision of standing for the truth and might approach the officer on duty, Arjun".

We hear that Anand Suryavanshi will be starting shoot in a day or two and his entry sequence will be aired later this week.

We tried calling Anand but he remained unavailable.

When contacted, Richa Soni told us, "Yes, it is true that Bindiya is in a dilemma and does not know whether to reveal the truth or keep silent. But I am not aware of the entry of a police officer, as we are given screenplays only at the last minute".

We talked to Prakash Jais who played the role of Raja Bhaiya in the show, and he had to say, "Yes, as of now the character of Raja is dead. In fact, my character was supposed to be there only for the initial 40 episodes. However, it got so popular that I have now been part of more than 350 episodes. When my character breathed his last, I did enquire with the makers whether my character is really dead or not. As of now I am busy with my other projects and am out of Mumbai too. I will soon be seen in a comedy show on Mahua channel where I play the lead role. You never know, based on the channel reaction I might get back to Bhagyavidhaata one fine day".

After the entry of Vikas Sethi in Uttaran, here is another police officer in Anand Suryavanshi taking centre stage!!
