Nishigandha Wad, Raza Murad in Sahara One's next!

We hear that casting is presently on for Sunil Agnihotri's next venture on Sahara tentatively titled 'Noorie'.

Our khabroo tells us, "Noorie is about a girl from a village in Kashmir called Kasba; she is sweet, simple and innocent. She happens to meet a tourist guy from Mumbai and the guy goes gaga over her beauty within no time. And eventually the show tracks their love story".

Talking about the finalized cast our source quips, "Veteran actors Raza Murad and Nishigandha Wad, Shiva and Ram Mohan are finalized to essay pivotal roles in the show. But casting for the leads is still on. Though they have shortlisted few faces, the production is hunting for better options".

We tried contacting Sunil Agnihotri and he confirmed the news, "Yes, we are almost done with the basic planning of the show and it will be ready to air from the first week of May". He also confirmed about the above mentioned names.

We also tried contacting Nishigandha Wad and Raza Murad but they were busy..

TellyBuzz had earlier reported about a mythological show produced by Sagar Arts on Lord Hanuman being in the pipeline on Sahara One.

It seems Sahara One is all set for a new lineup of programming..
