What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?
I believe that fitness means a healthy body and a healthy mind.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I always prefer to eat at the right time and eat the right food. I also finish eating by 7:30 pm.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
I avoid outside food for dinner. Also I tend to avoid food items that are fried and high in salt.
Three things you do every day to remain fit?
1) Copious amounts of Green tea
2) I prefer doing moderate exercises to stay fit and healthy
3) I make sure I have an early dinner
Do you take protein supplements?
Protein supplements are necessary to make a quality physique. People who say they don't use it lie through their teeth. But one must be careful about increasing water intake along with it and also not overdo it because protein is good for health. People should refrain from steroids and other excesses.
Is there any sport you are skilled at?
I love playing Badminton and Squash.
A celeb body you admire?
Hugh Jackman from Hollywood and I admire Hrithik Roshan because his transformation from the movie Guzaarish to Krrish-3 is absolutely inspirational.
What is your fitness secret?
Eat in moderate quantity, eat on time and have lots of water.
A fitness tip for your fans?
Same as mentioned above and wind up the food in-take around sunset.
