What does fitness means to you? What is the idea of fitness?

For me fitness is like your life style. It is not a one day effort but is a lifetime effort.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I workout and play lots of games not because I like to play games and also not particularly for fitness but playing games keep you fit and healthy.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

No not at all. I eat everything thing like street food, fried food and everything else.

Do you take protein supplements?

No I don't take any protein supplements.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

I can play all games.

A celebrity's body you admire?

Akshay Kumar because he is  an actor who has a fit body without taking any supplements and also Hrithik Roshan.

What is you fitness secret?

I sleep a lot when I am not working (laughs) and also workout.

A fitness tips for your fans?

Eat whatever you want but only keep in mind that you can easily digest it.
