"Monsoon is the best time to chill out with your family" : Gautam Gulati

The atmosphere is so pleasant these days as its Monsoon! The black clouds, the windy breeze, the aroma of mud, the greenery of trees and the showers from the sky makes us fall in love with the season of Monsoon. We all love to enjoy monsoon in our ways and like all of us; our Telly actors also enjoy having fun during monsoon.

TellyBuzz got in touch with the handsome hunk Gautam Gulati who is currently seen as Vikram in Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum to know more about his Monsoon masti and his memories related to monsoon.

Rainy season for me is: Rainy season for me is really good and very special. I enjoy the season a lot. I stay on the 20^th floor and it never let me feels as if I am living in Mumbai. I feel like as if I have come out on some hill station. Its always chilling inside my home and I enjoy a lot. The road becomes dirty during rains but still I go to town side for a drive. I don't generally go out but sometimes I like to do because I enjoy being at home only. I feel to finish off my shoots as early as possible during rainy season so that I could go to my home and enjoy the season.

Precautions I take during monsoon: There are no precautions which I take during monsoon as such! I just enjoy the season and even if it's raining, I go for swimming, from where I can enjoy the view of the sea too while being in the pool and enjoy the cool breeze and rains at the same time.

Your monsoon related memories: I don't have any special monsoon related memories here but I have some memories from Snowdonia which is 4-5 hours away from London. It drizzles there and the weather keeps changing. I like to visit there and the view of the place is like unreal. I was taking pictures from my camera but it was so beautiful that I preferred to stop clicking pictures from my camera and enjoy the views through my eyes only. The blue sky used to turn into black and then red and yellow because of the rainfall which was so beautiful. My visits to those places have been the best time of my life. I also have some of the best memories of Llandudno but in Mumbai, I prefer to enjoy monsoon being at my home only.  

My likes and dislikes about monsoon: Its good if you won't fall sick during monsoon otherwise you won't be able to enjoy monsoon and you won't like anything about it. There is one more problem which we face during monsoon as the road becomes dirty and the clothes get spoiled because of which you are unable to step out of the house. I like everything about monsoon. I love the beautiful view around and the chilly breeze which makes you happy even if you are stressed out.

Favorite place to visit during monsoon: I hardly get time to go somewhere because of my shooting schedules but I like to visit Snowdonia and Llandudno which is 4 hours away from London.

Things I must carry during monsoon: If it rains then it's chilling too, so I carry my jackets along with me. In Mumbai, I don't carry along anything with me as such except an umbrella.

My favorite monsoon music: I like listening to soft music during rainy season like Pehli baar mile hain...

My monsoon special food: I prefer having homemade food only especially Rajma Chawal made by my Mom whenever she comes here. My Mom has also taught my maid to cook Rajma Chawal so she keeps on cooking Rajma Chawal for me whenever my Mom isn't here with me.

A moment when I enjoyed with my co-stars: We enjoy daily; I roam around with Bhabasa (Ashok Lokhande), we drink hot soup whenever it rains and chit chat with each other. Others also enjoy having pakoras but I avoid eating pakoras. We enjoy a lot during monsoon.

Monsoon tips for readers: Don't roam around too much when it rains because you might get cold and other health problems. Just enjoy being at home and chilling with your family members. Take good care of your health and eat healthy. It's the best time to spend your time with family.
