What is your fitness mantra?
I believe in a good workout. Also maintaining proper diet is part of my fitness mantra.
Do you exercise daily?
Yes, I hit the gym daily for at least half an hour. One should not exercise at a stretch for more than one hour, is what I feel.
What does your exercise regime consist of?
Well, I do concentrate on different body parts. For example, if on Monday I work on my chest, Tuesday I concentrate on my abs.
Do you take a dietitian or an instructor’s help when it comes to keeping fit?
Yes, I have a personal trainer who helps me to maintain my body fit and healthy.
When it comes to fitness, who do you idolize?
Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and now recently, I idolize Aamir Khan for his personality and build.
Do you follow any fitness food regime?
I have more of boiled eggs and fruits in a day.
Your Fitness drink
Water and juices.
Do you play any sport?
When in school, I used to play kho-kho a lot. But now I like throw ball.
