First On-Ground Elimination in Amul Voice of India Chhote Ustaad

Chhote Ustaad Rocks Bhopal, catch the first on-ground elimination in Amul Star Voice of India on March 14, Friday at 10 pm only on Star Plus.

The crowds that thronged the venue at Ashoka Lake view, Bhopal were all set to watch Vyom Kapoor, Aishwarya Majmudar, Anvesha Dattagupta, Prakriti Giri perform live. But they got a lot more than what they had anticipated. They got to see Pritam Da, Shreya Ghoshal and Kunal Ganjawala at their funniest best. Adding an extra dose of excitement was the host for the evening, Abhaas Joshi, who has a tremendous fan following of his own in Bhopal which is very near to his home town Jabalpur.

The kids made a grand entry on a Chariot with the crowd cheering and jostling for their glimpses. Looking absolutely stunning and being gracious enough to acknowledge the crowd support and cheering; the kids couldn’t stop expressing their gratitude to the citizens of Bhopal for voting them and bringing them to the TOP 4 at Chhote Ustaad. Together they rocked the show with the songs and won heart of the audience present.

Vyom sang his favourite songs Dekha jo tuzhe yaar which drove the crowds crazy. Anvesha followed it up followed it up with Ankhiyan Na Maar (Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena) The crowds loved it. Aishwarya Majmudar made the crowd dance with Mera Piya Ghar Aaya (Yaarana), Prakriti – Saiyya ji Baiyyan (Masti). The surprise package was the little pendulum from Bhopal who performed as the guest on the show. He sang Mere Falak Ka (Showbiz). Aadesh Srivastav who was the judge for the evening was stunned at the performances and congratulated the Chhote Ustaad team for being at par with the elder lot of Voice of India.

It was a great evening. It had song, dance, music, stars and a great well-behaved Bhopal crowd. But it also had the fear of getting eliminated at the end of a beautiful evening spent for the kids. Who was eliminated among Vyom Kapoor, Aishwarya Majmudar, Anvesha Dattagupta, Prakriti Giri?

Wow, interesting song choices for Anwesha and Aishwarya. But these two girls can sing all kinds of songs (even item numbers), so I'm sure they will be fine. Afterall, Anwesha's 'Maiya maiya' and 'Khallas' and Aishwarya's 'Yaaro sun lo zara' and 'Jhoot nahin bolna' was sung with immense competence and ease. Looking forward to watching this episode. Good luck to them and the final three.
