The movie has been directed by Prateek Chakravorty. It was a very Bengali environment on the sets. The work atmosphere was very homely yet very professional. I am recommending this work unit to other co-actors.
It was fun to play
Kalpana, the elder sister of the lead Meghaa Banerjee. I mould Meghaa from
normal to a little stylish. It was a short, stylish and glamorous role.
This is your first
Hindi film. Why do you mainly do Bengali films?
That is because my career
started from the Bengali film industry. I feel comfortable doing Bengali
films. I do Hindi serials and many ramp shows too.
What was it like
shooting in Sydney?
I took up this film as I wanted to go abroad. Sydney is a picturesque city. It is very clean. I would walk with my bare feet on the road. The citizens are very stylish. The cuisine is amazing. Though I didn't try octopus meat out there; I did try a lot of sushi and Chinese food. I loved the shopping too.
The weather was great
despite being unpredictable. It would rain sometimes while the sun would shine
brightly at the next moment. We would have to carry an umbrella and a warmer. I
met my school friends there.
When will you be
marrying your boyfriend Amit Gupta?
That is a personal question. May we please talk about this later?
