Irate fans and crew of Imagine demand answers!

Imagine’s decision to pull the plug has left people in the industry very dissatisfied..

Sudden demise of famous 'Imagine TV' has left the viewers with questions like 'Why' and 'How' racing across their minds!

Everyone is pondering over the abrupt decision to send the channel spiraling towards the black hole. The shows that featured on the channel are now in a quagmire and have audience wondering if they will be able to see their favourite shows on some other general entertainment channels.

Tellybuzz managed to get reactions of people associated with the channel and also some loyal viewers: viewers!

Vishal Karval from Dwarkadheesh says "It's a real sad news to hear that Imagine has shut, especially for the crew who have been working real hard… Imagine TV should have atleast issued a prior notice so that these people could have managed to try and get in somewhere else as this job really means a lot to them!

"It's a massive shock for me. I was just shooting in Baroda for my serial, doing the rehearsals, learning the lines and all off a sudden a call comes and it all Ends! We had to wrap up with the shooting on the spot! It's a really sad for the crew, as they are jobless now. The Channel head should have sent a notice first that it was possible to for all to absorb the shock" says Sooraj Thapar from Chandragupta Maurya.

Udit Rajpara, a loyal viewer of Imagine show Chandragupta Maurya says- "As a viewer I am hurt that our sentiments were not considered at all. I have been a loyal fan, and suddenly without wrapping up the story they have shut the show. If they had anyway planned to wrap up the show, they could have given it a proper ending."

Irate crew, cast and fans have been let down by the channel and has surely left them stumped. Low TRP's of their shows is counted as a major decision for this abrupt plug on the channel.

I along with my complete family (including my two school going kids) eagerly wait each saturday (earlier Fri and Sat) for this serial.Never ever I had given so much of importance to any serial of any channel (except KBC when it was running) as most of serials are family dramas and mostly of same kind.
on 14 apr 2012 , we kept waiting for the serial,thinking timing may have been changed,but it was not at all telecasted. I and particulary my children are very much felt it very bad,in the way it was stopped.The channel did not bother to inform the viewers.That is really very rude on their part.I have stopped viewing serials since then. I would request the channel to complete the serial,if required by shortening the story in 2 or 3 telecasts.

i agree this is not done we loved cgm and these imagine people are really unprofessional u have broken the trust of ur viewers and most importantly left the production houses and people working in it wondering about their future.we want cgm back this is not done how we will know wht happen if this had to happen u wanted to shut ur channel atleast u shld have given sme time or prior notice to production houses so tht they could have brought a good endng to d shows

I really liked Preeto and wish it gets a proper finish
This is really unprofessional - i am sure that they didn't wake up and say we're going to close the channel today it must have been a well thought out decision so why they couldn't give the shows a deadline to have proper endings is beyond me

Total in-justice to all the shows to stop Mid-Way ...I watch SSSP (Preeto) and need a proper ending of the show or bring back in another channel

Oh no!! This channel has every reason to keep going!! TRP's aren't everything, not everyone can be at the top, isn't it enough that you count in the ranking in total!

Its very sad...u loose awesome shws like SSSpreeto & Cgm too...plsss give a proper end to the bth shwsss...Bring back them...sudden shut gives all the viewers a big shock:(
