The leads of the show are Ankit Bathla who was last seen in Haar Jeet on Imagine TV and Garima Tiwari who was last seen in Phulwa on Colors.
Says our source, "Well this show showcases the factual life of UP, a place named Azamgarh where Madhav (Ankit Bathla) and Saraoja (Garima Tiwari) reside. The show will focus on the discrimination done between the son and the daughter. As the title suggests Madhav is the beta of the family and is spoilt, rich, flamboyant and aggressive but he is truly, madly and deeply in love with Saroja who is sweet and docile and is quite broad minded and modern in her thought process."
"The story goes that Madhav and Saroja get married and Saroja has to suffer torture from her in-laws as Madhav's grandmother (Anjum Khan) doesn't want Saroja and Madhav to consummate their marriage. As per Naniji who does not want the Mangal dhaga that both the newly weds are wearing break as once the mangal dhaga breaks they can consummate their marriage which is what Naniji is against."
The source went to say that, "However it will also be shown that Madhav and Saroja will stay separately but they will meet each other at night when the rest of the family sleeps. However, one fine day Naniji gets to know that they meet and this will create trouble in the lives of Madhav and Saroja."
The show will focus on how Saroja and Madhav win over all the circumstances with their love and consummate their marriage amidst all the chaos and ruckus created by the family members and also how family members manipulate Madhav against Saroja.
When contacted Ankit he said, "I took this show, because it has a very unique and nice concept wherein people will relate to it. As an actor I can show various shades. My character will be grey, romantic, positive and loveable and at times also behave arrogantly which is something that every actor would love to do."
Garima Tiwari on the other hand said, "It's a great show to be in."

How can a character be grey and positive at the same time. Sounds like a crappy show.
