Sanjeeda Shaikh sizzles in a dual role performance!

A notable blend of beauty and brains, actress Sanjeeda Shaikh who was last seen in Zee TV's show Badalte Rishton ki Dastaan, will soon be seen sizzling the dance-floor for the upcoming Gold Awards.

Our source informs us, 'Putting her best feet forward, Sanjeeda will be seen donning a dual role in her performance.'

Regarding the same we got in touch with Sanjeeda, and she says, "Yes, I'm going to be seen performing a double role dance for Gold Awards. So for the first time, the audiences are going to witness two Sanjeeda simultaneously." (Laughs).

Sharing more about her special performance, the actress went on to say, "Basically, it's a fusion performance whereby I'm competing with myself both on Indian and Western style of dancing. The song selected for this fusion act is 'Jiya Re' from Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan'. The entire dance is full of energy and excitement."

Double role seems to be the current trend of contemporary Indian television and now we see her dancing in a double role too. What was her experience?

"It is really challenging! Even though I was well-rehearsed with my dance sequence, an instant change in the complete look and attire is a task. For my Indian look, I was decked up in a pink Anarkali dress whereas for the westernized avatar, I was wearing a short top on a golden harem pant. However, the choreography was not that easy, both the dance forms were equally tough. Nevertheless, it was a different experience for me and I enjoyed it to the core," ends the adorable actress.
