Small screen actor Mohit Raina credits mythological show 'Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev' for the fame he got. He portrays Lord Shiva in the hit show on the telly.
The show, which is about Lord Shiva's life, first went on air Dec 18, 2011, on Life OK and completed two successful years on Wednesday. Mohit thanks his fans for their support.
"I have thoroughly enjoyed these two years. Whatever I am today is because of 'Mahadev'. The journey began on December 18, 2011, and we have now successfully completed two years.
"Even Life OK celebrates two years of its existence. When we started out we had no idea that we would get so much adulation and love from audiences. We are definitely more than happy with the kind of support the audience has lent," Mohit said in a statement.
He believes that when 150-200 people work day and night to achieve that one goal, success is bound to come their way.
"That is what 'Devon Ke Dev. Mahadev' proved to everyone. At the cost of sounding modest, it is the character that has made the show what it is. This was a big platform given to Mohit as a actor and I have done just what I was asked to do," he added.

This film quite overwhelmed me. Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is more than a mere film. I fall for the film, for the character of God Shiva created and cultivated by Mohit Raina and the film producer. It is their due, that the film fascinates and captivates, attracts and gravitates. Thanks awfully for a out-of-sight film, grabber, for a blockbusting live action, for nerty actor Mohit Raina. I was never a fan of anybody actors or films. But this character of Mahadev what Mohit Raina created is out of the ordinary. It is the merit of the producer who have found this actor of rare shining talent for to do this character - Mohit Raina. It is the merit of Mohit Raina who dowered with brilliant talent to visualization of Mahadev on the screen, it cannot be underestimated him, his merit, selled himself short. He is an excellent actor as well as a person. Such film must be screen on the all over the world, as charitable act: to bring more kindness in the world, to help to understand this world and by that to make the people better. It is the best film if I ever saw.

Mohit you were chosen by Mahadev himself to portray thus role fabulously. I cannot imagine anyone doing justice to this role other than you. U set unmatchable standards. U are the best love you.

Mohit Raina u r a BLESSED and chosen one actor..U hv nw set an iconic standard to portray Lord Shiv onscreen(be it shows or films)... :) No one other than U can now do Mahadev with such elan..!! U ROCK..!!

i think most everyone looked good....just didnt like sonakshi's sari....and deepika looks gorgeous in her dress.....i think ash deserved a 5...i love the color of sophie's dress
