The two handsome and suave men of Indian television, Chetan Hansraj and Aryan Vaid will be seen playing the coveted role of Bheem and Duryodhan in Ekta Kapoor’s Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki. The audience gets to see the two actors in a different avatar.

Talking about his look in Ekta's Mahabharat, Aryan says, “Well there isn’t much I did about the look as it was Manish Malhotra who designed my attire. About the character, I did a lot of research on the internet to know more about the character of Duryodhan.” Aryan, who has always walked the ramp, will be seen playing a mythological character for the first time, so will the audience accept him in this new attire? Aryan quips, “It doesn’t really matter what character I am playing, it’s just about the convincing performance I give as an actor and that the audience appreciates me playing the role.”

Chetan Hansraj shares a similar sentiment saying, “Well, the most important thing about Bheem is his body and I have worked out a lot to maintain my physique. As for my character I have done a lot of research and read up a lot of books to know more on Bheem.” Chetan has always been seen as the bad man of television so how does it feel like playing a mythological character for the first time? Chetan replies, “I know that my audience will definitely accept me as Bheem in the show. I will add a new edge to the character and I am really looking forward to playing it.”

funny how Chetan played the little Balram in the original Mahabharat and now he will play Bheem...but I was expecting someone a bit bigger...and Aryan Vaid...ewwwwwww!

Aryan doesn't suit the role of Duryodhan at all.. Ekta should've stuck to Akashdeep Sehgal. chetan is a good choice for Bheem...

Puneet Ishar was deadly for sure!!!!

Aakashdeep Sehgal would have been more apt as Duryodhan or amybe Dusyashan!!!

Dont be surprised at the lack of clothing, Kekta and Manish want them to show their 6 packs, as thats the latest trend amongst showbiz men.
Aryan Vaid as Duryodhan? Terrible choice, he doesnt have the personality to carry off the role. Puneet Issar was deadly!
Chetan will fit the role as Bheem, he has the physique and personality for sure.

As mentioned before, I'm totally unimpressed with the (lack of) clothes. I cannot believe that a clothing designer was paid to deliver THAT!

It doesn't even look like Mahabharat style clothing - it looks more like Alladin style!

Forget well researched, it seems like clothing wasn't even researched at all. Thumbs down to Mr Manish Malhotra for this one.

I think Ekta has implemented a modern production concept for this one.
This means that even the ladies will be wearing extra skimpy clothing in this one...lol
I do not like the clothing of bhim and duryo at all, they look like beggars insted of kings....please change the costumes and use the money you have to make them wear royal looking clothes.

Oh yeah, let's try to see if she can surpass B R Chopra's Mahabharat, that one is a classic!

Hopefully, Ekta will end this one within 5 years, because its gonna get a little old after the 10th year anniversary of this show. :)
