Chicken cooking session on the sets of Aarakshan...

Sunday is always a day when we want to be adventurous and try out something new!! Well, this is exactly what the actors of Imagine's recently launched show Armanon ka Balidaan-Aarakshan are up to!!

We hear that the actors of the show have made it a rule to cook some dish or the other on the sets every Sunday and have a feast out there, amidst their hectic schedule.

Our source from the set tells us, "This idea of de-stressing and getting rejuvenated for the week ahead was thought of by Shaktiji who plays the Chacha in the show. The actors have decided to cook a grand meal every Sunday morning. Yesterday was the turn of Shakti chacha to cook his meal. He cooked a fabulous Chicken Masala and Pulav, and the entire team was seen having masti during lunch time. Rahoul Lohani, Manmohan Tiwari, Muni Jha and many others were spotted at the cooking area".

The set of Aarakshan has been erected at the Aare Colony, in Powai wherein a huge area has been left empty for a public gathering. The unit members and actors are often seen easing out in their leisure time, at this beautifully located open place.

When contacted, Rahoul Lohani who essays the role of Shivam in the show stated, "Yes, we did enjoy our Sunday by cooking our own meal. It was a great Chicken cooking session and our Chacha Shaktiji cooked Chicken Masala and rice. It has now become a custom on our sets to cook some dish every Sunday".

Well, this is surely a great idea to lighten the atmosphere on the sets…
