Monsoon brings surprises to Lapataganj

SAB TV's Lapataganj will finally welcome monsoons tonight, and with it will come few surprises to all as well.

A little birdie from the sets informs, "In today's episode, the viewers will see the residents of Lapataganj desperately waiting for rain with no mood for fun.

"Surili (Preeti Amin) and Biji Pandey (Abbas Khan) will plan for an act to bring smile on everyone's face. They will tie small swings under the tree and make monsoon atmosphere come alive."

"Not only that they will also sing and dance on one of the famous monsoon songs 'Ayaa Sawan Jhoomke…' and suddenly while the dance is on, Monsoons give a sweet surprise as the residents of Lapataganj get wet in first rain,"adds source.

As a cherry on top, Lapataganj will also see the return of Mukundilal along with the monsoons. The atmosphere which is already filled with happiness turns more enthusiastic.

Sucheta Khanna who was not available for the shoot since long has now returned to the show.

We contacted Sucheta Khanna but she seemed busy to give any comments.

Preeti Amin confirmed the news saying, "Yes, today's episode has a few surprises in store for the audience."

Well, seems like it is a celebration time in Lapataganj…
