Teaching them the essentials of the language is Arpita Sharma, their teacher who is a warm and understanding mentor. She not only motivates her students about the correct use of the language but also explains situations to them from their point of view, so that they can truly absorb the lessons. The show is set in a classroom of a varied collection of students, each of them hail from different parts of the country and from diverse social & professional backgrounds like a salesman, a housewife, a business man, a working woman, a shopkeeper, a student among others. All of them are there with one motive, to learn spoken English. Each lesson is followed by a funny and entertaining act, and at the end of each lesson there is a song, that highlights the learnings from that particular lesson.
