12 years agoJay don't worry if u r a veggie...u can get proteins from Quinoa (South american grain) to be had instead of rice. Quinoa is very high in proteins...also rajma. Please include both in diet, recommended to me by my doc in USA. Go Green..Go Vegetarian food!!!!! Cheers to Jay for all the hard work u do in gym!
